<p><span>Started in 1983, we specialize in training executives, professionals and would-be rainmakers in the critical skills of <a href="http://www.lettgroup.com/business/etiquette.html"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">business etiquette</span></a>, <a href="http://www.lettgroup.com/business/manners.html"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">manners</span></a>, dining skills, personal marketing and using International Protocol for Professional Success</span></p>
<p><span><span>In-house seminars are scheduled throughout the year at your location or a hotel local to your facilities.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>Public registration seminars are planned several times per year and are held in the Washington, DC area.  We use the facilities of the University Club of Washington, DC or a Bethesda, Maryland conference center and hotel.  Minimum registrations must be met  two weeks prior to the programs or they will be rescheduled.</span></span></p>

A confirmation and seminar agenda will be sent upon receipt of your registration and payment. Refreshments will be provided to participants.<strong></strong></span></span></p>
<p><span><span><strong>Tape Recording </strong><br />
Programs are copyrighted by The Lett Group. No audio recording or videotaping is allowed without prior written permission. Any digital photos taken by The Lett Group staff will be available to participants upon request.</span></span></p>
<p><strong>Seminar Materials<br />
</strong>Participants receive Handbook/Workbook which will serve as a continuing reference for the subject matter imparted during the seminar. Each participant receives a certificate of attendance.<strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Cancellation Policy<br />
</strong>Cancellations received up to 30 days before the seminar are refundable minus a 20% registration service charge. Cancellations received fewer than fourteen days (two weeks) prior to seminar date are not refundable. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, a refund will not be issued.</p>
<p><strong>Tax Deductible</strong><br />
Your tuition and travel expenses are tax deductible. All expenses for continuing education taken to maintain and improve professional skills are tax deductible according to Treasury Regulation 1.162-5 Coughlin vs. Commissioner, 203 F2d 307. Please contact your accountant for details.</p>
